Tattoo artist

This morning at daycare, Babess went straight for the paint.  She started off by painting on the paper provided (well, ok, she started off on the wall, but was happy to be quickly re-directed).  Soon she was sitting down listening to a story, still with paintbrush in hand.  I watched as she idly painted her bare knee.  I imagine it felt rather nice, actually.

When I left, I mentioned to one of the teachers that she was painting herself and we all grinned.

When I got back, she was criss-crossed with paint or marker all over both legs, her hands, her tummy, and her dress.  She was, as ever, supremely happy.  I heard that she had also persuaded at least one older child to join in the self-painting trend.

What a ring-leader.
