It was raining (again) as we went to work this morning. On the way to daycare, Fainjin enjoyed pointing out everything that was getting wet, which was… well… everything.
“Look, Mama, the cars are getting wet!”
“Yes, Fainjin, they are too.”
“And the footpath is getting wet!”
“Yes, so it is.”
And so on. We passed a decorative fountain.
“Oh no, Mama, the water’s getting wet!”

Don’t they just say the funniest things sometimes. I really should take a notepad and pen everywhere I go with them, as Mr.4 comes out with some interesting stuff – then I forget later what he said!
